Our website

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site is designed to:

• work on mobiles, tablets and desktop computers;
• allow you to zoom in up to 200% without text spilling off the screen;
• be navigable using a keyboard and compatible with screen readers;
• use clear headings, readable text and sufficient colour contrast.

We are continually improving the site. If you find any part of it difficult to use, or need information in a different format such as large print, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Visiting the practice

If you have any access requirements, please tell us when you book so we can make your visit as comfortable as possible. We can offer longer appointments, and a family member, friend or carer is welcome to accompany you. Please call us to discuss parking, step-free access and any other needs before your visit.

Communication support

If you need an interpreter, information in an accessible format or other communication support, please contact us in advance and we will arrange this where possible.
